Delivery

All orders to mainland UK above £50 are FREE!

We aim to dispatch all orders within 5 working days, most orders are shipped well within this time period but on occasion your order may take up to 28 days and longer. If your item is going to take longer than 28 days our customer services will contact you by email. If you require something for a specific event and require it quickly we recommend calling or emailing us before ordering so we can check stock availability.

Please not we cannot carry ever item listed on the site in store all the time as stock levels change daily.
We want you to receive your order as fast as we can get it to you and on most occasions this is a couple of days.
We use several different carriers for UK and worldwide orders. The size and/or weight of your package will define which carrier we use as detailed below:

1st Class Royal Mail
1st class postage with NO signature required on delivery. Used for smaller packages that can usually fit through your letterbox. Orders usually arrive next working day, although occasionally delays can occur. No tracking information available.

Parcel Force
Up to 24 hour delivery services to anywhere in the UK. Used for all orders consisting of large or bulky packages. Signature required on delivery. Detailed online tracking information is available.

Delayed Orders
On the occasion that an item(s) is discontinued or unavailable from our suppliers within eight weeks we will email to inform you that we will regrettably have to cancel this item from your order. We will always endeavour to offer you an alternative unless you instruct us otherwise or inform us that you are happy to wait until the item(s) are available.

Shipping costs – UK and ROW
All orders to mainland UK above £50 are FREE!

Postage charges for outside mainland UK order will depend on the items you choose to buy if you live outside the UK you can view a full list of prices for world zones we ship to.

For all UK orders the final postage charge will show on your order when you reach the checkout screen.

For all non-UK mainland orders we reserve the right to change the postage charge. If your address for delivery is located in the Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man or Northern Ireland delivery times may be extended, and there may be an extra surcharge for delivery to these areas. If the postal charge does change we will contact you via email before charging you for your order. We will always give you the option of cancelling the order if you do not wish to pay the higher postal charge.

Part Orders

For orders consisting of multiple items we will post out part of your order if we don’t have all of the items requested. This will not affect your postage charge. We will only charge for the items posted and the postage charge will be included with the first item.

My item has not arrived:
If your item(s) does not arrive in the time span suggested via Royal Mail/Parcel Force or our Couriers then we will be able to investigate the problem for you. The first step is for you to give us a call on 01302 322888 and we will start the ball rolling.

Royal Mail’s procedure for lost items and incorrect deliveries are that we must wait 2 weeks before registering an item as lost. In the event of an item going missing and you wish to have a replacement sent out within the 2 week time period you will be obliged to pay for the item again, once the item has been officially declared as lost via Royal Mail we will refund you for the lost item. If Royal Mail requires a signature for an item and you have not received it then the same rules will apply while Royal Mail carry out a full investigation.

Parcel Force’s procedure for lost items and incorrect deliveries are that we must wait 24 hours before registering an item as lost. In the event of an item going missing and you wish to have a replacement sent out within the 24 hour time period you will be obliged to pay for the item again, once the item has been officially declared as lost via Parcel Force we will refund you for the lost item. If Parcel Force requires a signature for an item and you have not received it then the same rules will apply while Parcel Force carry out a full investigation.

City Link’s procedure for lost items and incorrect deliveries are that we must wait 24 hours before registering an item as lost. In the event of an item going missing and you wish to have a replacement sent out within the 24 hour time period you will be obliged to pay for the item again, once the item has been officially declared as lost via City Link we will refund you for the lost item. If City Link requires a signature for an item and you have not received it then the same rules will apply while City Link carry out a full investigation.

Delivery to another address
Delivery can only be made to the address assigned to the credit/debit card used for payment, this only applies to your first purchase with us, subsequent orders can then be delivered to a work address. Full Terms and Conditions.

All bikes delivered to locations outside the UK will be sent in the same packaging as we receive them from our suppliers, to avoid damage in transit.
